Let’s ask the commonsense question: If the TSA can run security checkpoints at not only airports but also local high schools, and if the TSA can reach down your pants and feel your genitals in complete violation of your Fourth Amendment rights, and if the TSA says it has the complete authority under the U.S. Constitution to do whatever it wants, then what are the limits on the TSA’s power?

It’s not just an important question, it is THE question of freedom: What are the limits of government power?

TSA claims supreme power over Americans

According to the TSA’s current explanations, there are no limits to its power. It can do whatever it wants. But America’s founding fathers, not surprisingly, strongly disagreed. In fact, they penned two documents that specifically defined strict limits to government power. Those two documents are, of course, the U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights.

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are, technically, anti-government documents. They spell out the limits of government in order to protect the freedoms of the People. Remember, these were documents that came out of a time when British soldiers would conduct house-to-house searches — looting homes and sexually assaulting women — without any legal justification whatsoever. The early American colonists were infuriated at this abuse of power, so they created the Fourth Amendment which specifically forbade searches of people or their private property without court-approved warrants that specifically named the things to be searched or seized.

The Fourth Amendment, in other words, was specifically written to stop rogue governments from abusing their power and conducting illegal police operations against the People. It’s no stretch to say that the Fourth Amendment was written to halt almost exactly the kind of behavior now being pursued by the TSA — illegal bodily searches without cause or justification, without warrants and without any legal proceedings whatsoever.

The TSA, in other words, is doing to Americans today what the occupying British Army did to the American colonists before the Revolutionary War.

The TSA recognizes no law and no limits to its power

It all makes you wonder: What are, exactly, the limits of the TSA’s power? If the TSA will not recognize the limits of government power set forth in the U.S. Constitution — nor the rights of the People enumerated in the Bill of Rights — then what set of written rules or guidelines provide any boundaries for the TSA?

The answer is simple: There are no limits to the TSA’s power! If it simply ignores the Bill of Rights — and if the People do not assert their own rights in the face of a growing tyranny — then the TSA can do essentially whatever it wants. This is how tyranny works: tyrants keep expanding their power grabs until they are stopped (usually by force).

That’s why today, I’ve outlined the top 10 things the TSA could do if its power is not limited. These are what’s probably next on the TSA’s wish list. And if America does not rise up against this outrageous tyranny and abuse of power, we will become victims of it.

Here are ten things the TSA could do in America starting right now:

Ten things the TSA could do in America

1) Conduct house to house searches without warrants or justification of any kind (and arrest people who resist).

  • A d v e r t i s e m e n t
  • Buy 3 Get 1 FREE!

2) Shut down your state’s highways, railroads and airports at any time, for any reason, without explanation or justification.

3) Conduct body cavity searches at polling stations. This could literally mean TSA agents reaching into your anus to see if they can find any “hanging chads” in there.

4) Search parking lots for cars with Ron Paul stickers, then impound the vehicles under suspicion of terrorism.

5) Begin carrying firearms and using them to enforce its agenda. Right now, TSA goons don’t carry guns, but before long they could be sticking them in your face while planting cocaine in your carry-on luggage just to have you arrested and molested in the back room.

6) Demand to install TSA representatives in local Sheriff’s offices and police departments. These would function as TSA spies who report on the activities of local law enforcement and keep them in line. It’s a classic Nazi tactic, also used throughout the KGB.

7) Announce a TSA fee collection mandate from air travelers, then shut down any airport that refused to comply. This would basically be a for-profit racketeering operation. Pay up or lose your airport.

8 ) Demand veto power over ALL state legislation involving security, then boycott states that refuse to comply. Yes, the TSA could start having a say in local politics and could even demand the power to veto local legislation it didn’t like (such as the recent attempt in Texas to criminalize the TSA’s obscene pat-downs).

9) Set up official TSA naked inspection rooms at airports, where TSA officials take travelers into the back room and demand they disrobe as a “security measure.” The TSA would effectively operate as a gang of serial molesters.

10) Visit local malls and sporting arenas and demand they pay TSA “protection fees” if they wish to keep their events safe from terrorists. This is classic mob behavior — a “protection racket” that extracts money from businesses if they don’t want to be bombed or burned down. The TSA has already started running bomb exercises in airports just to see how police might react (…).

Don’t believe any of this can happen? Well go back in time a decade and ask yourself in 2001: Would you have believed that in 2011 the U.S. government would be reaching down your pants and feeling your genitals as a requirement for you to board an airplane?

More importantly, for those who say this could never happen, I ask the crucial question: What would YOU do to stop it? Tyranny grows in power because people go along with it. Perhaps 90 percent of the sheeple in America would go right along with whatever outrageous and tyrannical schemes the TSA would come up with. The mainstream media would report it all as “business as usual,” too. Oh, the TSA is now molesting women in house-to-house searches? Well, it’s all to protect us from Al Qaeda, so it must be okay.

The TSA is demanding cash fees from travelers at airport security checkpoints? Oh, it’s just another reasonable fee to protect us all from terrorists, people would reason. There seems to be nothing the TSA can do now that will awaken the sheeple of America who have been drugged, fluoridated and vaccinated into a state of near-total cognitive compliance.

So share this list, friends: Let your friends and social networkers know what’s coming soon if the TSA is not stopped. This is a rogue government agency that lusts for power, and it absolutely will not stop until it is running the secret police infrastructure in America that molests and extorts individuals and businesses, all under the false cover of “fighting terrorism.”

I will be discussing all this on the Alex Jones Show, the Friday, May 27, 2011 edition. You can tune in and hear more discussion on this at or catch this in the archives by subscribing as a member there.

School Bus Drivers Given Authority To Violate The Fourth Amendment!

Proposed policy would allow bus drivers to search students

Sue Loughlin

Sue Loughlin The Tribune-Star

TERRE HAUTE — Under a proposed policy change, Vigo County School Corp. bus drivers, “under rare circumstances,” would have the right to search students in situations “that involve an immediate threat of harm or danger” to those on the bus.

Another proposed change would bar attorneys from sitting in on a student due process expulsion hearing. If families chose to bring legal counsel, the attorney could be nearby for consultation, but not in the hearing room.

On Monday, the school board discussed proposed changes in policy related to student rights and responsibilities, student searches/interrogations and civility.

The changes take into account changes in the law and clarify wording, said Ray Azar, director of student services. The district consulted with the Indiana School Board Association.

The changes related to bus drivers and due process hearings are among several changes being proposed. Azar explained the changes in detail, which drew several questions from the board.

Under the policy titled “student searches and interrogations,” a proposed change would allow bus drivers to search a student and the student’s belongings if there is an immediate threat of harm or danger to those on the bus. The standard of reasonable suspicion applies.

Reasonable suspicion means “that the person conducting the search has information to reasonably believe that the search will produce a substance or an object that violates a school rule or a law.”

The district wanted to include bus drivers in the event they are on the road and must immediately respond to an emergency situation, Azar said. The policy change would give them the authority, although they would first have to contact the transportation office and/or student services and receive permission.

“This would be a rare occurrence where something immediately had to be done,” Azar said. Typically, a principal, or other designated staff, conducts such a search.

The school district wanted to include bus drivers, and ISBA recommended the language. The driver might search a book bag or ask the student to empty pockets; there might be a patdown of the exterior of the students’ clothing — as outlined in existing policy —  “but I don’t see that in a normal scenario,” Azar said. “We want this to apply to them if they feel it is necessary.”

Scenarios where a bus driver might conduct a search include a student in possession of a dangerous drug or a weapon, Azar said.

If a driver believed other students were in immediate danger the driver would “have to take other precautions” that might include evacuating the bus, he said.

Azar said he’s not aware of any instance where a student search by a bus driver was necessary, “but we want to be proactive in case something happens.”

Another change clarifies that if a student has a due process expulsion hearing, the family may elect to use an attorney, but the attorney “may not be present in the hearing room. The attorney may be available in a nearby location on the premises for consultation.”

A hearing officer presides, and an attorney is not required, he said.

Occasionally in the past, an attorney has attended and the district has allowed it, Azar said. “It tends to make hearings very lengthy. Sometimes they [attorneys] want to use rules of court, and it’s not a courtroom. Rules in a school hearing are different.”

The presence of an attorney can create “a negative situation,” Azar said.

Typically, a hearing will last 45 minutes to an hour, but there have been times where an attorney was  present and a hearing has lasted three hours.

He described a hearing as a “school procedure” where the purpose is to determine what took place, and students are asked to explain what happened.

If a family appeals a hearing examiner’s decision to the School Board, the family can have an attorney present when meeting with the board, Azar said.

Julie Slavens, attorney with the Indiana School Board Association, said an Indiana court has determined that a student does not have the right to an attorney in a student due process (expulsion) hearing. Upon appeal to a school board, if that occurred, the student probably would be entitled to one, she said.

During Monday’s School Board meeting, officials noted that decisions by Vigo County hearing officers are rarely appealed to the board.

Board member Paul Lockhart suggested that is a credit to Azar’s department and it “indicates fairness” in the process.

New ‘Behaviometrics’ Technology Allows Government To Know What You’re Thinking

New Behaviometrics Technology Allows Government To Know What Youre Thinking 190511top

Big Brother doesn’t just want to know where you are, he wants to know what you’re thinking. Short of implanting a device in your brain that divulges your every thought, the government has opted for the next best thing – behaviometrics – a new omnipresent surveillance technology developed for the US Air Force and destined to be used in law enforcement to “monitor suspicious behavior”.

The system revolves around a camera that tracks facial movements biometrically in order to build a psychological profile of the individual under surveillance.

“Huntsville, Alabama’s Photon-X, Inc. recently received an Air Force contract to develop such a camera,” reports Wired News. With one snap, the company claims, its sensor can build a three-dimensional image of a person’s face: the cornerstone of a distinctive “bio-signature” that can be used to track that person anywhere. With a few frames more, the device can capture that face’s unique facial muscle motions, and turn those movements into a “behaviormetric” profile that’s even more accurate.

This new technology is the next step up from DARPA’s infamous gait analysis program, which purported to be able to identify terrorists by the way they walked. The program was widely savaged at the time as being an outrageous example of paranoia gone mad.

A video demonstration of the technology that features on the Photon-X website shows a number of different measurements changing when the subject alters his facial expression from a smile, to a frown, to an angry look.

  • A d v e r t i s e m e n t

“The motion of a subject’s face is correlated to a uniform facial muscle model, and the motion of each muscle is quantified. Using the Behaviometrics Analysis System, it is possible to quantify simple data that describes the linear motion of all of the facial muscles in realtime and then interpolate this data using a psychological profiling system,” states the website.

In plain language, the movements of the muscles in your face will alert Big Brother, through the process of “behavior analysis,” to your presence as a suspicious individual who may be engaging in the act of thought crime, or God forbid, planning a public protest.

“Body posture movement, gait and micro-expressions,” are also measured by the technology to allow “operators to track user activity in a covert manner,” according to the contract description.

This will then be used to keep tabs on “insurgent operations,” which sounds like something that might be done by the US military in Iraq or Afghanistan, but in fact we learn that the technology is also destined to apply to “law enforcement, banking, private corporations, schools and universities, casinos, theme parks, retail, and hospitality,” meaning that the “insurgent” could be you walking through a shopping mall.

The system is also designed to help humanoid robots detect people or objects, meaning that your suspicious activity could trigger a friendly visit from an android who will then interrogate you regarding your intentions.

George Orwell never dreamt up anything like this. In comparison, the potential for this new breed of technology to be used as a tool in the construction of a high-tech prison grid that constantly tracks the behavior, movements and even thoughts of an individual, makes the world of 1984 look like a walk in the park.

Your Cell Phone Has A Government Controlled Kill Switch On It! : America ‘The Police State’

Globalists’ Secret Weapon Exposed: Tech Kill Chips

May 16, 2011

As the world is distracted by the royal nuptials and Obama’s ever changing soap opera surrounding CIA asset Osama bin Laden’s death, the technocrats are rolling out the next phase of their global control grid. The foundations of this plan were laid out in the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and have been updated each subsequent year.

In addition to Obama’s stranglehold on the Internet, all smart devices have federally-mandated control and kill switches added. This will give the government total control over incoming information to all smart phones regardless of manufacturer. These policies dovetail with the roll out of Smart Meters and the new Google controlled smart homes which will send messages over the power-lines to your appliances to control power consumption or simply cut the power. In addition, new “green” lighting systems are being installed in government buildings which send and receive data through controlled pulses of light. And now the Pentagon wants the authority to run it all. Wake up and start informing your fellow man.……………

America and False Terror Fears Continued

Don’t you see now?  They (The globalists) are using the Bin Laden Death Hoax to stir fear in the heart of America.  They say that there are no credible threats but they are going to heighten vigilance….be prepared for the man with the rubber glove at your local shopping mall…coming soon to a venue near you.

Cities Nationwide Heighten Vigilance on Terror

By Jr.

MIAMI — In large and midsize cities across the country, police chiefs and domestic security officials say they have drastically increased counterterrorism operations under the assumption that a “lone wolf” or a small group of terrorists will try to strike on American soil to avenge the killing of Osama bin Laden.

Reed Saxon/Associated Press

Although there are no known specific or credible threats, many of the officials said they are convinced that operatives of Al Qaeda or sympathizers will be highly motivated in the weeks and months before the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks, according to interviews with more than a dozen police chiefs and senior counterterrorism officials.

The officials said they were especially concerned that a terrorist plot would focus on a target perceived to be “soft,” like a train station or a shopping mall.

“In the short term, we are facing more danger from lone wolf actors who will see Bin Laden’s death as justification in their minds to mobilize and do something here,” said Deputy Chief Michael Downing, head of the Counter-Terrorism and Special Operations Bureau in the Los Angeles Police Department.

In the past dozen days, several senior police officials said they had not seen so much frenetic counterterrorism action since the weeks after Sept. 11, 2001. The activities have included numerous briefings with F.B.I. and Homeland Security officials in Washington, as well as conference calls with joint terrorism task force members and local officials, some as often as twice a day.

“I personally think the chances of an attack are highly likely,” said Boston’s police commissioner, Edward Davis. “The terrorists have utilized Bin Laden’s death to turn up the rhetoric on this extremism. I think simply due to the odds, something will happen somewhere in the United States. We have to be extremely vigilant.”

There is something of a consensus that trying to prevent an attack by one person or several people poses a more complicated challenge than trying to stop a more elaborate — and perhaps easier to detect — plot involving a dozen or more participants.

President Obama echoed the concerns in an interview on Friday with WLTV, the Miami Spanish-language Univision affiliate, saying, “There is no doubt that when it comes to the American people that after having killed Bin Laden there may be a desire on some Al Qaeda members to exact revenge, and that’s something that we have to be vigilant about, and we’re monitoring all these situations.”

As for the kind of terrorist plot they expect to see, most officials pointed to the arrests in New York City on Wednesday of two men who the authorities said had intended to carry out a grenade-and-guns attack against a synagogue in Manhattan.

Officials also mentioned their concern about the suicide bombing attack on Friday at a military training center in northwest Pakistan, which killed 82 people and wounded at least 150. Taliban leaders later said the attack was to avenge the killing of Bin Laden, though the Pakistani police said they doubted that claim.

Homeland Security and F.B.I. officials have told state and local police officials that the Bin Laden killing could lead to quicker timelines for gestating terrorist plots that had previously been intended to coincide with the Sept. 11 anniversary.

State and local police departments in most cities have increased the number and visibility of patrols, particularly at busy sites like airports, train stations, ports and ballparks. At N.B.A. playoff games in a handful of cities, including Los Angeles, Atlanta and Miami, the police have increased their presence at arenas.

“It is more likely something will happen here,” said the Los Angeles police chief, Charlie Beck. “Do I think over all the world is safer? Yes. But you don’t end the terrorism threat just by getting rid of Bin Laden.”

In the writings and computer files seized from Bin Laden’s hide-out in Abbottabad, Pakistan, American intelligence officials found evidence that the Qaeda chief was fixated on attacking the United States above all other global targets. He had urged Qaeda lieutenants to recruit non-Muslims “who are oppressed in the United States,” including African-Americans and Hispanics, to help organize a spectacular attack timed to the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks, officials said.

Several local police and counterterrorism officials said they were struck by intelligence that indicated midsize American cities were considered for attacks. A thwarted attempt to bomb an airliner bound for Detroit on Dec. 25, 2009, was traced to Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.

Government To Monitor School Lunches With Cameras

So you don’t think America is slowly evolving into a Police State eh? Martial Law has been declared only they’re not going to come out and say it…here is a prime example.

Control Freak Society: Government To Monitor School Lunches With Cameras

Steve Watson, Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones
May 12, 2011

Several schools in San Antonio are being provided with government grants to install surveillance equipment in cafeterias as part of a government funded project to monitor every morsel of food that the children eat.

Cameras videotape the eating habits of school children:

Billed as part of an effort to reduce obesity and improve eating habits, small cameras are programmed to take snapshots of lunch trays before and after each student eats. Each child is uniquely identifiable via a barcode attached to the tray. The amount of calories and nutrients that each child has consumed is then calculated via a database containing 7,500 different varieties of food.

The entire project is being funded by a U.S. Department of Agriculture grant to the tune of $2 million.

“We’re trying to be as passive as possible. The kids know they’re being monitored,” Dr. Roger Echon told the Associated Press. Echon, who works for the San Antonio-based Social & Health Research Center, is building the food-recognition program.

The aim of the study, according to the researchers is ” to study what foods children are likely to choose and how much they’re eating”, in addition to influencing parents to alter their child’s eating habits at home.

The principal of the five schools involved, described by researchers as “poor minority campuses”, told the AP that 90% of parents agreed to allow their children to be monitored, adding that he believes those who have resisted do not understand the project.

“Nothing in the program says they can’t have something,” principal Mark Davis said. “It just says we’re tracking what it is.”

This is yet another example of the shocking acceleration of the nanny state.

Is it really necessary to barcode kids like rats in a lab and database everything they eat in order to promote healthy eating? Why not just serve healthy food free from additives and preservatives? Oh right I forgot, that is not a part of the vision for the perfect control freak society.

Where does this end? Will parents receive letters from the government informing them that little Jimmy is not eating his greens? Will the government move to ration your child’s calorie intake? Will the government issue fines to parents whose children’s eating habits do not match up to a predetermined definition of a “balanced diet”?

Just last month it emerged that schools in Chicago have banned parents from giving their children packed lunches, forcing kids to eat in the cafeteria in order to “protect students from the potential for unhealthy homemade lunches”.

Of course, should kids be allowed to eat their own lunches the government would not be able to effectively monitor them.

The precedent was set long ago to demonize any parents who try to keep the government out of their children’s lives. Parents who attempt to take their kids out of the predatory public school system by home schooling are even being spied on by authorities. A Mississippi state judge recently ordered that state officials gather the names of every single child being home schooled in the state in order that they be kept on a watch list.

Mayor Bloomberg is forcing food manufacturers in New York to reduce the amount of salt content in food under the National Salt Reduction Initiative, while at the same time spending $25 million on a program to fluoridate the water supply with a toxic waste, sodium fluoride, that contributes to lowering IQ and has been linked to cancers as well as disorders affecting teeth, bones, the brain and the thyroid gland. Food additives like aspartame and MSG, which are a far deadlier health threat than salt, are not being targeted by the government.

Indeed, New York is the model for the rest of the country. The Department of Health has slapped strict regulations on anything deemed “risky recreational activities” conducted by programs or organizations. Wiffle ball, dodge ball, kick ball, freeze tag, red rover, frisbee tossing and tug of war have all been placed under the new rules. If an organization offers two or more recreational activities, with just one being on the “risky” list, it is deemed to be a summer camp and comes under state regulation which entails fees and the necessity to provide medical staff. “Classics like Capture the Flag, Steal the Bacon and Red Rover are also deemed dangerous in new state regulations for day camps,” reports the New York Daily News. This is all part of the process of the state replacing the parents as guardians of the children and it is designed to ensure that kids become nothing more than drug-addled, dependent slobs with no energy and no life experience, perfectly molding them to grow up as obedient, video-game playing, Clockwork Orange-style droogs.

Monitoring of school children extends beyond the cafeteria and gym class, however, as evidenced last year in a shocking case in Philadelphia, where a school district issued laptop computers to 1,800 students across two high schools and then used concealed cameras within the machines to spy on students and their parents without their knowledge or consent.

In today’s big brother control freak society this is the norm. In the UK, the state has gone one further by pumping $700 million into a program to install surveillance cameras inside the private homes of citizens to ensure that children go to bed on time, attend school and eat proper meals.

Private businesses have also jumped on the rise of the nanny state, and the government’s control freak agenda, recognizing a money spinner when they see one. Google, for example, wishes to control everything inside your home, as the company recently announced at its annual I/O developers conference in San Francisco:

“We’d like to think of your entire home as an accessory, or better yet as a network of accessories, and think of Android as the operating system for your home,” said Joe Britt, head of the Android@Home team.

These examples barely scratch the surface of the nanny state offensive that has been launched as part of the establishment’s social engineering program.

These developments represent a total power grab on behalf of the federal government as it bids to become the supreme authority over Americans from cradle to grave. This is about a complete transformation and re-engineering of society, a calculated coup d’état against individuality, designed to oppress and enslave the population.

It is imperative that Americans re-assert their individuality and the right to make their own choices and live their lives as they wish by resisting every encroachment the state makes as it tramples personal freedom.

America Is Under Martial Law

You won’t hear them announce ‘We Are Currently Under Martial Law’ because they know it would stir fear and panic throughout the land.  If you think about it however, we really are under some form of Martial Law.  Just think about it:

–  The TSA’s at our nations airports are currently violating your 4th Amendment rights.  They are groping the American Public (Even babies!) without probable cause and without a warrant.  Regular Police Officers will be faced with stiff penalties and lawsuits if they conduct activities in the was the TSA are conducting themselves.  By conducting these warrantless searches you are automatically considered suspect until proven otherwise.  If you resist, you get arrested and risk being placed on a “No Fly List”.

–  We have what is called a ‘No Fly List”.  Nobody knows how one gets put on one of these things and once you are on nobody has been able to get off.  New York Senator Charles Schumer is now calling for a ‘No Ride List’ which is the same thing as a ‘No Fly List’ but it would pertain to passenger trains, subways and eventually all forms of public transportation.  Schumer is also proposing that those who are found on these lists will have their constitutional right to ‘Bear Arms’ taken away from them.  Imagine if you mysteriously are put on both of these lists? Down the road these lists will soon pertain to ‘No Work Lists’, meaning if a criminal background check is done on your for employment and your name pops up on these lists…no work for you! And there won’t be anything you can do about it!

–  Since the alleged assasination of Bin Laden the Feds have announced that Alqueda may retaliate by striking soft targets such as shopping centers, malls, retail outlets etc…and the Feds are proposing that security checkpoints be extended to these areas.  So look for in the near future TSA employees groping you as you go to the mall to do your shopping, going to the local A&P to buy dinner and to stores like Target and Walmart to update your wardrobe.

–  Yesterday the government announced that the Feds will soon be breaching your cell phones against your permission in the similar ways they do so on TV with the EAS (Emergency Alert System) to warn (Scare) you of potential safety risks.  By the end of the year New York and Washington will see this implemented and as early as April of next year the entire nation will have to be compliant.  Also they are going to put public announcement tv’s in local stores and restauraunts to inform you of the latest threats against our country.  Does this not remind you of the images we have seen on TV of pictures of people like Saddam Hussein all over Iraq and Adolf Hitler all over Germany?

–  Since the Patriot Act has been passed you may be a terrorist if you are church going person, God fearing Christian, family person, conservative, libertarian, constitutionalist, anti-establishment activist in any way etc…it’s in the Patriot Act…read it!

-The Government is well under way now of establishing a National ID card.  This will act as a sort of inter-country passport which you will need to take everywhere you go.  Inside these ID cards are RFID tracking chips (Like the ones already embedded in your drivers license, state ID’s, credit/debit cards etc..) to track your every move.

-The Government since passing the 1996 Telecommunications act has the ability to track you by your cellphone even if it is turned off.  All cellphones manufactured since 2003 by law, were made to be compliant in this manner.

– In Michigan local law enforcement are using devices to unlawfully take your cellphone during a routine traffic stop and connect it to a device which uploads all the data contained on your phone.  This is happening without a warrant or probable cause.

….This is just the beginning…I will be updating this post which you will see for yourself how our nation is moving towards full blown martial law….to be continued.
