The TSA’s Faulty Reasoning and Your Rights!

Notice how they reason away your rights right from the opening paragraph?  Then they try to sell you the notion that the pat downs are being way over criticized.  This is just part of the continuation of preparing Americans for more government interference in our lives by trying to dumb us down according to their standards. (Click on the underlined paragraph above for the source of this article).

Texas House of Representatives Seeking to Ban Current TSA Pat-Down

What’s our take on the Texas House of Representatives voting to ban the current TSA pat-down? Well, the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution (Article. VI. Clause 2) prevents states from regulating the federal government.

We wish we lived in a world where you could just walk on a plane with no security screening, but that just isn’t the case unfortunately.  Aviation security agencies worldwide have been using pat-downs long before TSA was created to prevent dangerous items from getting onto airplanes. The pat-down is a highly effective tool to resolve certain alarms and keep these dangerous items off of planes that could cause catastrophic damage.  It’s important to note that if a passenger (or bag) alarms during screening, our officers must resolve the alarm before allowing the passenger and their baggage on the airplane.
Here are some pat-down myths and facts:
Myth: Everyone who travels will receive a pat-down.
Fact: In fact, less than 3% of passengers receive pat-downs. Only passengers who alarm a walk through metal detector or AIT machine or opt out of the AIT receive a pat-down. In addition, some passengers may also receive a pat-down as part of our random, unpredictable security measures.  In his testimony to a Senate subcommittee, Administrator Pistole said: “The bottom line is few people in the overall scheme of things will actually receive those pat downs. Now, we’ve heard some examples, and obviously, there’s a vocal group out there who have experienced this for the first time, and, rightfully so, raising concerns, what’s behind this. And the bottom line is we, the transportation security officers in particular, are trying to work in partnership with the traveling public to say we want to ensure that you are safe on this flight. Work with us in a partnership to provide the best possible security. And that’s what it comes down to.”
Myth: All children will receive pat-downs.
Fact: No. TSA officers are trained to work with parents to ensure a respectful screening process for the entire family, while providing the best possible security for all travelers. Children 12 years old and under who require extra screening will receive a modified pat down.
Myth: Complaints about the pat-downs are extremely high.
Fact: Only a small percentage of the traveling public receives a pat down as they travel through the security checkpoint.  Between November 2010 and March 2011, TSA screened nearly 252 million people. In that same time period, we received 898 complaints from individuals who have experienced or witnessed a pat down. That’s roughly 0.0004%.
Myth: Pat downs for certain individuals are limited to the head and neck.
Fact: No one is exempt. Everyone is subject to the same screening. TSA is sensitive to religious and cultural needs, but everyone must be screened effectively.

Court: No right to resist illegal cop entry into home

http://www.nwitimes.com/news/local/govt-and-politics/article_ec169697-a19e-525f-a532-81b3df229697.html

INDIANAPOLIS | Overturning a common law dating back to the English Magna Carta of 1215, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Hoosiers have no right to resist unlawful police entry into their homes.

In a 3-2 decision, Justice Steven David writing for the court said if a police officer wants to enter a home for any reason or no reason at all, a homeowner cannot do anything to block the officer’s entry.

“We believe … a right to resist an unlawful police entry into a home is against public policy and is incompatible with modern Fourth Amendment jurisprudence,” David said. “We also find that allowing resistance unnecessarily escalates the level of violence and therefore the risk of injuries to all parties involved without preventing the arrest.”

David said a person arrested following an unlawful entry by police still can be released on bail and has plenty of opportunities to protest the illegal entry through the court system.

The court’s decision stems from a Vanderburgh County case in which police were called to investigate a husband and wife arguing outside their apartment.

When the couple went back inside their apartment, the husband told police they were not needed and blocked the doorway so they could not enter. When an officer entered anyway, the husband shoved the officer against a wall. A second officer then used a stun gun on the husband and arrested him.

Professor Ivan Bodensteiner, of Valparaiso University School of Law, said the court’s decision is consistent with the idea of preventing violence.

“It’s not surprising that they would say there’s no right to beat the hell out of the officer,” Bodensteiner said. “(The court is saying) we would rather opt on the side of saying if the police act wrongfully in entering your house your remedy is under law, to bring a civil action against the officer.”

Justice Robert Rucker, a Gary native, and Justice Brent Dickson, a Hobart native, dissented from the ruling, saying the court’s decision runs afoul of the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

“In my view the majority sweeps with far too broad a brush by essentially telling Indiana citizens that government agents may now enter their homes illegally — that is, without the necessity of a warrant, consent or exigent circumstances,” Rucker said. “I disagree.”

Rucker and Dickson suggested if the court had limited its permission for police entry to domestic violence situations they would have supported the ruling.

But Dickson said, “The wholesale abrogation of the historic right of a person to reasonably resist unlawful police entry into his dwelling is unwarranted and unnecessarily broad.”

This is the second major Indiana Supreme Court ruling this week involving police entry into a home.

On Tuesday, the court said police serving a warrant may enter a home without knocking if officers decide circumstances justify it. Prior to that ruling, police serving a warrant would have to obtain a judge’s permission to enter without knocking.

America Is Under Martial Law

You won’t hear them announce ‘We Are Currently Under Martial Law’ because they know it would stir fear and panic throughout the land.  If you think about it however, we really are under some form of Martial Law.  Just think about it:

–  The TSA’s at our nations airports are currently violating your 4th Amendment rights.  They are groping the American Public (Even babies!) without probable cause and without a warrant.  Regular Police Officers will be faced with stiff penalties and lawsuits if they conduct activities in the was the TSA are conducting themselves.  By conducting these warrantless searches you are automatically considered suspect until proven otherwise.  If you resist, you get arrested and risk being placed on a “No Fly List”.

–  We have what is called a ‘No Fly List”.  Nobody knows how one gets put on one of these things and once you are on nobody has been able to get off.  New York Senator Charles Schumer is now calling for a ‘No Ride List’ which is the same thing as a ‘No Fly List’ but it would pertain to passenger trains, subways and eventually all forms of public transportation.  Schumer is also proposing that those who are found on these lists will have their constitutional right to ‘Bear Arms’ taken away from them.  Imagine if you mysteriously are put on both of these lists? Down the road these lists will soon pertain to ‘No Work Lists’, meaning if a criminal background check is done on your for employment and your name pops up on these lists…no work for you! And there won’t be anything you can do about it!

–  Since the alleged assasination of Bin Laden the Feds have announced that Alqueda may retaliate by striking soft targets such as shopping centers, malls, retail outlets etc…and the Feds are proposing that security checkpoints be extended to these areas.  So look for in the near future TSA employees groping you as you go to the mall to do your shopping, going to the local A&P to buy dinner and to stores like Target and Walmart to update your wardrobe.

–  Yesterday the government announced that the Feds will soon be breaching your cell phones against your permission in the similar ways they do so on TV with the EAS (Emergency Alert System) to warn (Scare) you of potential safety risks.  By the end of the year New York and Washington will see this implemented and as early as April of next year the entire nation will have to be compliant.  Also they are going to put public announcement tv’s in local stores and restauraunts to inform you of the latest threats against our country.  Does this not remind you of the images we have seen on TV of pictures of people like Saddam Hussein all over Iraq and Adolf Hitler all over Germany?

–  Since the Patriot Act has been passed you may be a terrorist if you are church going person, God fearing Christian, family person, conservative, libertarian, constitutionalist, anti-establishment activist in any way etc…it’s in the Patriot Act…read it!

-The Government is well under way now of establishing a National ID card.  This will act as a sort of inter-country passport which you will need to take everywhere you go.  Inside these ID cards are RFID tracking chips (Like the ones already embedded in your drivers license, state ID’s, credit/debit cards etc..) to track your every move.

-The Government since passing the 1996 Telecommunications act has the ability to track you by your cellphone even if it is turned off.  All cellphones manufactured since 2003 by law, were made to be compliant in this manner.

– In Michigan local law enforcement are using devices to unlawfully take your cellphone during a routine traffic stop and connect it to a device which uploads all the data contained on your phone.  This is happening without a warrant or probable cause.

….This is just the beginning…I will be updating this post which you will see for yourself how our nation is moving towards full blown martial law….to be continued.

USA “FREAKOUT” (DRUDGE HEADLINE): POLICE STATE ALERT

USA FREAK OUT: TERROR FEARS; FALSE ALARMS

this is the current main headline on the Drudge Report news website.  This is just what the elitists want! FEAR! I was watching FOX news just a little while ago and Charles Schumer (NY Senator) is proposing a “No Ride” list for our nations train and subway systems.  As I have been pointing out all along on this blog…we are slowly turning into a police state which is the ultimate plan of the “New World Order”.  The government manufactures events such as the false assasination of Bin Laden on May 1 2011 to then use the event to step up ‘Security’ while infringing on your Constitutional Rights in the name of Safety.  This is not conspiracy theory…this is factual truth!

Police State Expands On Bin Laden Death Hype

The Department of Homeland Security and police departments around the country are taking full advantage of the unverified assassination of the late CIA asset, Osama bin Laden.

In New York, the police “super-sized” security by dispatching a bevy of cops in elite, military style gear, according to the Examiner. Militarized cops were spotted with machine guns and large trained German Shepherds throughout major hubs like Grand Central Station, the Port Authority, Herald Square, and even in New York landmarks.

Dodger Stadium and Staples Center in LA received a fresh influx of cops. “The city remains in contact with the FBI and Homeland Security on a daily basis,” reports ABC 7. “But officials say security is a shared responsibility. They are calling on everyone to report anything unusual, and they’re reminding residents that if they see something, say something.”

Public rail systems in Florida added uniformed and plain-clothes security officers on platforms and on trains, authorities told the Sun-Sentinel. At Miami International Airport, “we’ve ratcheted things up a notch,” with increased police and K-9 patrols as well as random vehicle checks, said security director Lauren Stover. Florida’s major commercial airports, like those around the nation, plan to remain on high alert indefinitely with stepped up but mostly unseen security measures, according to the newspaper.

In Portland, Oregon, the Osama fiasco was exploited to put more cops and inspectors on mass transit in that city. “What we have done is, working with the TSA, increased our presence and visibility on the system,” said Bekki Witt, spokeswoman for TriMet, the public transportation system for the metropolitan area. The added security is typical after a U.S. military action or an elevated national threat level, notes The Oregonian.

Department of Homeland Security officers were performing warrantless searches at the Palm Springs International Airport on Monday. Transportation Security Administration spokesman Nico Melendez told KPSP Local 2 that officers from the Department of Homeland Security had been scheduled prior to Osama’s alleged assassination to perform searches at the airport in conjunction with TSA. Melendez said Viper teams will be working out of the airport this week.

So-called counter terrorism experts warn that followers of Osama bin Laden will strike in retaliation for the reported assassination of the former CIA operative who died in late 2001. “Terrorists are expected to aim for more vulnerable soft targets like shopping malls or museums,” CBS New York reports.

Security consultant David Boehm told CBS the future may include security check points entering all soft targets — like the local department store. “The reason they’re called ‘soft’ is because it’s so easily accessible to anyone. There has to be security checks for the safety of all people,” Broehm said.

The increased presence of militarized cops working with the Department of Homeland Security dovetails with action on Capitol Hill. The House Homeland Security Committee examined possible terrorist threats posed to mass transit systems around the country today.

“Especially now in the wake of bin Laden’s death, we have to assume that al-Qaida or its affiliates, al-Qaida in the Arabian peninsula, any of the others, any of the radicalized terrorists here at home, self-starters, if you will, loan wolves or organized terrorist operations in this country will launch a domestic attack,” said House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Peter King, who recently held hearings on the supposed threat posed by radical Muslims.

Najibullah Zazi, the Oregon peroxide bleach would-be bomber, served as a centerpiece for King’s hearing today.

Zazi, a U.S. resident from Afghanistan, entered a guilty plea on conspiracy charges in early 2010. The government accused him of plotting to use weapons of mass destruction against the United States. It was said Zazi bought hydrogen peroxide at a beauty supply store and learned explosives techniques at a Pakistani al-Qaeda training camp.

During Zazi’s trial, the Department of Justice admitted that no operational bomb existed and veteran counterterrorism investigators said that important facts remained unknown, including whether Zazi selected a specific target, date, and recruited others to help

Alex Jones exposes the contrived “victory” in the War on Terror surrounding a man who many experts have said was already dead for years. After nearly a decade of “hunting” for Bin Laden, he is summarily shot in the head and allegedly dumped into the ocean (conveniently making the body unavailable). So goes the official life of Osama bin Laden (aka Tim Osman), one of the CIA’s most useful patsies and assets.

Police State Kicks Into Overdrive On Dubious News of Osama Takedown

As expected, the unverified assassination of Osama bin Laden in Pakistan has led to increased police state activity in the United States.

On Monday, the NYPD flooded the city’s subway system with additional cops. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, “out of an abundance of caution,” said it has added more police at airports, the George Washington Bridge and ground zero, according to NBC New York.

An influx of storm troopers were apparent to riders on the Metropolitan Area Transit Authority in the nation’s capitol. Transit police, along with other law enforcement in the area, have increased security “as a precautionary measure related to the death of bin Laden,” according to Metro spokeswoman Lisa Farbstein.

District of Columbia Mayor Vincent Gray urged people in and around the nation’s capital to “pay more attention than they normally do” and “just be vigilant at this stage.”

Amtrak has dispatched canine teams and squads of officers trained to detect the presence of fumes left behind after someone passes through with an explosive device, the San Francisco Chronicle reports this morning.

In Los Angeles, police have begun increasing patrols of religious institutions and other potential terrorist targets, according to Politico. “We are somewhat concerned about any retaliation because of his [bin Laden’s] death,” Deputy Police Chief Mike Downing said on Sunday night.

The government insists the unverified assassination will increase terror attacks and it must redouble its efforts against al-Qaeda, the terror group named after the Mujahideen database.

Secretary of State Clinton declared that the “battle to stop al-Qaeda and its syndicate of terror” is not over and said the U.S. would continue to boost its counterterrorism cooperation with other nations, including Pakistan, USA Today reports.

Rep. Pete King, head of the House Homeland Security Committee, said on Monday that al-Qaeda will “try to avenge this death” and warned “we’ll have to be on full alert.”

In other words, the wars in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and now Libya will continue while at home the threat of al-Qaeda retaliation will be used to expand Gestapo zones from airports to the streets and beyond.

If another false flag event is accomplished, the urgency to impose a police state and completely destroy the Bill of Rights and any remaining vestige of liberty will reach a fever pitch with throngs of blood-thirsty citizens calling hysterically for totalitarian rule in America.
